• A non- refundable deposit of 20% will be required on booking.
• Bookings are not confirmed until the non- refundable deposit is paid and terms and conditions agreement signed.
• Kegworth House reserves the right to reduce the bedrooms available if they become unserviceable for any reason.

• Total number of guests staying (not exceeding a maximum of 26) together with names and a breakdown of adults and children will be required at least 2 weeks prior to booking date.
• Small children must be supervised by adults at all times.
• Extra beds (other than in Rooms 1 & 9) will be charged at £30 per night (in certain rooms only).

• Bedrooms are only available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
• Kegworth House is strictly non smoking accommodation. Guests who choose to smoke in bedrooms will automatically incur an additional charge of £100.

• Kegworth House is licensed to sell alcohol. No wines, spirits or beers may be bought onto the premises.
• Alcoholic drinks may be served by prior arrangement in the lounge / or garden in the summer until 1am.

• Private dining is available by prior arrangement for groups over 6 people.

• We reserve the right to invoice our guests for any damage to any parts or contents of our property, accidental or otherwise. Failing to tell us about damage may result in higher than expected cleaning or repair charges.

• Final payment for accommodation / food must be paid no later than on departure.
• Any damage or outstanding room accounts will be charged to the function organiser’s account.

• In the unlikely event of cancellation in addition to all deposits being non-refundable and non transferable the following charges will be levied:
• For Group bookings of 9-11 rooms, a minimum of 4 weeks notice is required prior to the event. Failure to do this will incur 100% charge.
• For Group bookings of 6-8 rooms, a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required prior to the event. Failure to do this will incur 100% charge.
