The Dining/Conference room is a favourite place for senior management meetings in a boardroom style for groups up to 14 seated at the table. The Lounge and Sitting Room can also be used for small or intimate meetings. You may start the day with coffee and bacon butties or Danish pastries & fresh fruit. Hot or Cold buffet can be served at lunchtime in the breakfast room or in the walled garden in the summer. Technically in Leicestershire we have a Derbyshire postcode and are actually nearest to Nottingham, we are 50 mins drive to Birmingham & 45 minutes to the NEC. 1 mile from M1 J24 and even nearer to the M42- no battling through city traffic to get to us. We are also 5mins drive from The East Midlands Airport and East Midlands Parkway Railway station. |
| Our Food | All food is freshly prepared using produce from local suppliers and salad & herbs from our kitchen garden whenever possible. Our 'pick and mix' menu enables you to tailor your buffet to the tastes of your group and our cook will always try and cater for any special requests. We believe our food is in a different league to the standard conference buffet and we challenge you to find better quality for the same rate. Don't believe us? | Simple & honest pricing | Most places charge you one rate for the room then there is extra for the car park and extra still for the tea and coffee. Most large hotels charge around £3.50 per person for tea & coffee, for a party of 6 that has 1 round on arrival, 1 mid-morning and another in the afternoon- that's an extra £63 just on tea. Not here- 1 price covers the hire of the room, 3 rounds of tea & coffee, Danish Pastries, mints, sweets and the car park is free. |
